I’m Kishan Jat (@thankyoucode), a Python and web developer focused on building practical, efficient software and automation tools that simplify tasks and improve workflows.

Software Development: Designing and implementing web apps and CLI tools with Python and modern tech, focused on usability and performance.
Automation & Workflow: Automating repetitive, multi-step tasks to boost efficiency using scripting and workflow tools.

I turn ideas into practical software by building automation and workflow tools. I currently work independently for clients, including a relative and a school, and collaborate with friends through pair programming and small team projects to deliver effective solutions.

I’m at my best when identifying genuine needs and delivering practical, reliable solutions that improve my workflow and help others.

For over three years, I’ve designed and implemented from CLI utilities and web apps to project guides and open-source tools. My approach? consistent hands-on practice, curiosity, and a habit of sharing. I enjoy mentoring fellow developers, collaborating on teams, and helping others untangle code challenges—through direct support or beginner-friendly guides.

Often, you’ll find me exploring new frameworks (Django, React, Svelte, FastAPI), enhancing efficiency with Python (Selenium, pandas), and working at the intersection of code, learning, and community.

What motivates me is simple: every project—big or small—is a chance to grow, help others, and clarify technology. I believe in the power of teamwork, open knowledge, and continuous improvement.

Of 13 practical subjects, I earned 12 A+ grades and 1 A — reflecting strong understanding with consistent learning.

Most of my practical skills and development knowledge come from self-learning through YouTube and online resources. While I learned fundamentals like networking and other basics through formal study, the majority of my learning happens at home—spending most of my time in front of my computer, studying and applying what I learn.
Over the past three years, I have significantly improved my understanding, learning, and implementation skills, and I continue to develop solutions for real-world tasks and work.

Personal Website: This site reflects my ongoing journey of learning, experimenting, and building real skills through hands-on projects. Along the way, I share what I discover and create—not just for myself, but to offer useful insights and code that others can explore, adapt, or learn from. It’s a place where my growth and your curiosity meet.

GrowEarth: This project was a collaborative effort with my friends Janak and Krunal. I served as the main developer and managed the core development setup and configuration. Janak and Krunal contributed significantly by improving features, conducting research, and handling documentation. I really enjoyed working closely with them—this collaboration deepened my understanding of Django and strengthened my perspective on UI/UX design, while enhancing teamwork and project management skills.

Automation Suite: A collection of Python scripts leveraging Selenium and Streamlit to automate repetitive data tasks, saving more than 295 hours of manual work. Developing this suite challenged me to create efficient, reliable solutions and sharpened my understanding of automation frameworks and workflow optimization.
